About 70.3 percent of the 343 degrees and certificates handed out by the Adler University in 2016-17 were to students in Psychology programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Chicago conferred 179 master's degrees and 62 doctor's degrees in Psychology programs.
But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Data shows the school gave out 114 master's degrees in Counseling Psychology, followed by 62 doctor's degrees in Clinical Psychology and 56 master's degrees in Art Therapy/Therapist.
The university enrolled 1,099 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in 1099 programs.
