Graduates earn 1,382 degrees, certificates from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College

About 48.4 percent of the 1,382 degrees and certificates handed out by the City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College in 2016-17 were to students in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Chicago conferred 669 associate's degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Data shows the school gave out 478 associate's degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, followed by 255 associate's degrees in Biological and Physical Sciences and 191 associate's degrees in General Studies.

The college enrolled 10,155 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
