Cost of college was unchanged for all students at National Latino Education Institute

Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at National Latino Education Institute, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Illinois students paid $13,300 to attend the private not-for-profit school in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.

Data shows 69 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 40 students received grants or scholarships totaling $153,737 and 10 students took out student loans totaling more than $41,635.

Including all undergraduates, 74 students used grants or scholarships totaling $299,654. Another 16 took out $63,150 in federal student loans.
