Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the direction of Vice-President Barbara J. McGowan, Chairman of the Committee on Affirmative Action, a Study Session will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Room, 100 East Erie Street, Chicago, Illinois.
The purpose of the Study Session is to discuss the Affirmative Action Program which includes appendix A, C, D and K.
A motion was made by Martin J. Durkan, seconded by Mariyana T. Spyropoulos, that this Report be Published and Filed. The motion carried by acclamation. Chorus of ayes - No nays

Regina Berry, Diversity Administrator gave a presentation to the Board on the Affirmative Action Program Appendix A, C, D, and K. Cecial Robertson gave the Board an overview of the Early Morning Software (PRISM).
