Financial literacy is a helpful tool that can allow you to make informed and effective decisions with all of your financial resources. Not to mention, it can help you save money! Some topics that may be discussed at Chicago AHEC Financial Literacy Workshop include:

Banks, Credit Unions & More: Avoid fees! Learn the pros and cons of using banks, credit unions, prepaid cards, currency exchanges and when to use each

Your Financial Story and Why It Matters: Explore how your relationships influence your finances, discuss how to resolve conflicts about money, and how to pass on positive financial habits.

Learn more about financial basics and money management

Learn the basics of financial aid for planning a college education

Come out and join Chicago AHEC for a positive group conversation with our financial coach and a ISACorps Member on Financial Aid assistance.
