City Rock issued the following announcement on Aug. 1.
Beginning on Thursday, August 2, 2018, 25th Avenue between 9th and 11th Street, near Frances Willard Elementary School, will be a one-way street for east bound traffic on school days between the hours of 7:15 AM and 8:15 AM and 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM.
Traffic west bound onto 25th Avenue from 11th Street will not be permitted during the times listed.
