How did Joanne Rosado spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Joanne Rosado's election campaign committee, Citizens for Judge Joanne Rosado, spent $10,162 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rosado's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,500) going to Spartacus 3 in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rosado's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
