New Friends of 149 owes $3,425 in fines

The campaign committee New Friends of 149 owes a $50 fine imposed on Sept. 29, 2017, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $3,375 with Lolita Crisler-Liggons listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 134 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $916,653.36 in pending fines.
