alderman candidate Brendan Reilly returns $2,500 contribution from RPM Steak

The campaign committee of alderman candidate Brendan Reilly, Citizens for Alderman Reilly, returned a $2,500 contribution from RPM Steak on Oct. 16, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. RPM Steak has not made any other contributions to Brendan Reilly in the past 12 months.
