Chicago mayor candidate Rahm Emanuel returns $25,000 contribution from I.U.O.E. Local 399 Federal PAC Fund

The campaign committee of Chicago mayor candidate Rahm Emanuel, Chicago for Rahm Emanuel, returned a $25,000 contribution from I.U.O.E. Local 399 Federal PAC Fund on Jan. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. I.U.O.E. Local 399 Federal PAC Fund has not made any other contributions to Rahm Emanuel in the past 12 months.
