commissioner candidate John Fritchey returns $750 contribution from Thomas Manion

The campaign committee of commissioner candidate John Fritchey, John Fritchey for Us, returned a $750 contribution from Thomas Manion on Oct. 14, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Manion has not made any other contributions to John Fritchey in the past 12 months.
