Chicago alderman candidate Adolfo Mondragon returns $214.27 contribution from Yolanda Mondragon, Jr.

The campaign committee of Chicago alderman candidate Adolfo Mondragon, Mondragon for a New Illinois, returned a $214.27 contribution from Yolanda Mondragon, Jr. on March 30, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Mondragon, Jr. has not made any other contributions to Adolfo Mondragon in the past 12 months.
