The campaign committee of judge candidate Clare Joyce Quish, Citizens for Judge Clare Joyce Quish, returned a $2,500 contribution from Serge Adam on July 6, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Adam has not made any other contributions to Clare Joyce Quish in the past 12 months.
