Chicago Lawn home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Chicago Lawn, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $74,000 while total sales decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,000 - a 87.1% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Chicago Lawn in the fourth quarter of 2016.
