East Garfield Park home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in East Garfield Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $19,750 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 189 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 24.6% increase over the $80,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 206 homes sold in East Garfield Park in 2016.
