Back of the Yards home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Back of the Yards, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 37% increase over the $36,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Back of the Yards in March 2016.
