CHICAGO AREA GAY AND LESBIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Beyond the Economy: The Power of the Pink Dollar

Investment

Chicago Area Gay And Lesbian Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on April 26.

In 2018, our country contributed more than $410 billion in charitable giving. Locally, there are many problems impacting our Chicagoland community that could be improved, or even solved, through local philanthropic efforts.

Join the LGBT Business Foundation of Illinois as we partner with Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center to discuss this very important topic of giving from and to the LGBTQ+ Community. We will have a panel of business and philanthropic leaders sharing their insights and perspective on the importance of philanthropy as a personal and business decision.

Guests will be able to purchase raffle tickets at the event and will then use those tickets to vote for their favorite nonprofit. The nonprofit with the most votes will win all the proceeds raised from the ticket sales. The winning nonprofit will pull a ticket, and the winner will win a special prize.
