The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Gregory Harris (D-13) on Feb. 22, "makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Community College Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows: General Funds $229,223,100; Other State Funds $116,295,000; Federal Funds $43,000,000; Total $388,518,100," according to the General Assembly website.
