The following action was taken on March 5 in the House on House bill HB3787 ("$fy20 idot oce"): "Assigned to Appropriations-Public Safety Committee."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Gregory Harris (D-13) on Feb. 22, "makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Transportation for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows: Other State Funds $3,177,583,207; Federal Funds $9,575,608; Total $3,187,158,815," according to the General Assembly website.
