Library Director's raise.
David Reynolds desired additional information regarding the Finance Committee's recommendation to offer the Library Director , Ben Weseloh, a 3% salary increase as part of the Budget Approval of the WCPLD 2019-2020 Budget. Richard Bloom reviewed the process and reasoning behind the Committee's decision to the satisfaction of David Reynolds.
Motion: To end closed session and return to open session.
