1.0 Call to Order and Introductions
Committee Chair Elliott Hartstein called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.

Update on Executive Director search CMAP Executive Director, Joseph Szabo, retiring at the end of June 2019
New Deputy Director for Communications & Outreach, Kathleen Lane
New members were introduced and welcomed at the meeting:

3.0 Public Participation Plan Update
Staff reviewed highlights of the public comment received on the Public Participation Plan.
4.0 Legislative Agenda
Staff gave an update on relevant legislative activities.

5.0 2020 Census
In April 2020, the next decennial census will begin the national enumeration process.
Representatives from the regional office of the U.S. Census Bureau will provided information and updates on efforts for the 2020 Census.
