City of Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will meet November 12

City of Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

The Wheaton Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Wheaton City Hall, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois, to consider the following zoning application:

Zoning Application #19-20. An application requesting a variation to Article 9.2.5 of the Wheaton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction and use of a second-story addition on the property located at 1524 Foothill Court with a front yard setback of 40.16 feet in lieu of the required 55.24 feet.

The application has been submitted by Airoom Architects and Builders, 685 N. Lincoln Avenue, Lincolnwood, IL 60712 on behalf of the property owner, David and Theresa Bagley.

The subject property is legally described as:

LOT 7 IN FAGANEL’S FOOTHILL COURT, A SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 IN GABLES VALLEY VIEW SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SAID DAID FAGANEL’S FOOTHILL COURT RECORDED APRIL 23, 1969 AS DOCUMENT R69-17072, IN DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

The subject property is commonly known as 1524 Foothill Court, Wheaton, IL 60189.

At the public hearing, anyone wishing to make a public statement will be encouraged to do so. Written comments may be submitted to the Board prior to or at the public hearing. A copy of the application is available for review in the office of the Director of Planning and Economic Development, 303 West Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois during normal business hours.
