Now that the Census Bureau is counting in 2020, answering the questionnaire is now easier than ever - whether you answer it online, by phone or by mail - with all the options without needing to meet with a person. from the Census.
The information collected will impact the daily lives of our communities - from determining highway planning to how money is distributed in our school programs.
You should have already received a piece of mail from the United States Census Bureau. This document contains your Census ID number for you to use when completing the online questionnaire at my2020census.gov.
Visit this website and click on the “start questionnaire” button located on the right side of the screen and answer the questions. It will take you a maximum of 10 minutes.
Do you prefer to answer questions by phone or mail? No problem - a paper questionnaire will be sent to your address in case you have not filled out the online form.
The census determines representation in Congress, helps decide how federal funds are distributed to states, and offers information that will impact your community for the next decade.
