88 percent of applicants to the Taylor Business Institute were admitted for fall 2018

At the Taylor Business Institute, 68 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 55 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private for-profit institution in Chicago enrolled 115 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

94 percent of undergraduates are residents of Illinois.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (27 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (3 percent).

The school admitted 88 percent of the 73 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 75 percent enrolled.
