Discussion and Recommendation - Emergency Solutions Grant - Corona Virus Funding (ESG-CV2) Homeless Assistance Application Presentation, Deliberations and Allocations.
· The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a second allocation of Emergency Solutions Grant Program funding through the CARES Act to Lake County in the amount of $1,520,868.
· The Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC) approved an open application round on July 15, 2020.
· It is the responsibility of the Advisory and Recommendation Committees (ARCs) to review funding applications and provide feedback to staff on scoring.
· Recommendations are forwarded for consideration and approval to the Housing & Community Development Commission (HCDC).
