-Historic recovery program created by Governor JB Pritzker as part of the state od the statewide COVD-19 emergency response.
-Recognizes enormous burden seen by businesses across Illinois as a result of COVID-19 and civil unrest.
-Immediate relief for hardest hit businesses and sectors, prioritizing those unable to operate due to extended closure or other effects of the crisis/
-Provides equitable allocation of federal aid to every corner of the state.
