City of Wheaton Board of Fire and Police Commissioners met Nov. 18.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

1. Call to Order At 3:34 p.m., the regular meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners was called to order by Chair Cannova. The meeting was held in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, Illinois. Upon roll call, the following were "virtually” present: Chair Cannova, Commissioner Dulaney, Commissioner Haines and Commissioner Illia. Commissioner Wanzenberg was absent. Present in person were Police Chief Murphy, Fire Chief Schultz, Assistant Fire Chief Vassios and Director of Human Resources Schulz.

III. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Dulaney moved and Commissioner Haines seconded to approve the minutes of the September 23" regular meeting. The motion carried unanimously.

V. New Business

Commissioner Illia moved and Commissioner Haines seconded to end the probationary period for Police Officer Corey White.

VI. Closed Session - Fire Lieutenant Promotional Interviews 5ILCS 120/2(C)(21) Commissioner Haines moved and Commissioner Illia seconded to go into Closed Session for the purpose of Police Officer Candidate interviews at 3:48 p.m.

Motion Carried Unanimously
