Motion that the Village Board consider this the second and final reading of “An Ordinance Granting Text Amendments to the Code of Ordinances for The Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois Sections 82-281, 82-282, and 82-283 Industrial Districts; Sections 82-181 and 82-182 Agricultural Districts – Special Uses and Section 82-3 Definitions.” (Solar Farms)

Finance Report By Trustee: Jeff O’hara.
1. Motion that the Village Board approve the bills reviewed and approved by the Budget Director on March 16, 2021 and reviewed and approved by the village trustees present at the March 16, 2021 Village Board Meeting at a total amount of $147,198.93.
Public Safety Report By Trustee: Jeff Fustin.
Public Works Report By Trustee: Jim Alsbury.
1. Motion that the Village Board for approve C.E.S. INC. to update and develop the Storm Water Management Plan and items that are required to be compliant with the Illinois Environment Protection Agency at a cost of $4,375.00 from line item 5170 Water.
2. Motion that the Village Board approve the purchase of two (2) Dell OptiPlex All in One Computers and Microsoft Office Professional Plus, to replace the sign shop computer and the computer used for meter reading, from CDW-G at a total cost of $3,279.82 from line item 5375 Capital Improvements.
3. Motion that the Village Board waive the rules in regards to bidding for the installation of (175) new water meters in the Valley View Subdivision as allowed by Illinois State Statute 65 ILCS 5/8 -9-1.
4. Motion that the Village Board approve hiring Core & Main Company, Belvidere Illinois, to perform the installation of (175) meters in the Valley View North Subdivision at a cost of $73,850.00 from line item 5382 Water from the FY2020- 2021 Village Budget.
5. Motion that the Village Board approve the additional costs of $80.00 for Public Works Employees Garrett Anderson and Cathy O’Hearn to attend Class C & D Water Operations Training in Libertyville, Illinois on February 17 & 18, 2021 from line item 5195 Water. (Cost approved was $500.00, corrected cost is $580.00).
