4. Motion to waive the rules and approve The Village of Cherry Valley Advisory Committees, Standing Committees and Appointments for FY 2021-2022 appointments with an effective date of May 5, 2021.

5. Motion that the Village Board approve a Special Event Permit Application for Kegel Harley-Davidson, 7125 Harrison Ave., Rockford IL for May 20, 2021 for a BIKE NIGHT for A.B.A.T.E., and waive the fees for this non-profit event.

Motion that the Village Board waive the rules and consider this the second and final reading of “An Ordinance Granting a Variance Under Section 82-55 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to Section 82-7(f)(2) to Allow Fencing to Extend Beyond the Rear of the House to enclose the Current Deck on the Southeasterly Side of the House for the Property commonly known as 3986 Richard Drive, Cherry Valley, IL (PIN-16-01-452-005).

2.
