On Nov. 10, 2020, Wawel PA Inc. purchased a home at 3128 N. Bernard St., Chicago from Willaim J. Byers (deceased), Nell Darlage, David Byers and William J. Byers (estate) for $305,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $2,493.05, which is 0.82% of the sale price of the home.

In November 2020, 144 properties sold in Logan Square.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William J. Byers (70) has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Byers was the only registered voter residing at 3128 N. Bernard St., Chicago as of Oct. 10, 2020.
