1. Motion that the Village Board approve a Special Event Permit Application for Kegel Harley-Davidson, 7125 Harrison Ave., Rockford IL for June 3, 2021 for a BIKE NIGHT for Road Gliderz MC, and waive the fees for this non-profit event.
2. Motion that the Village Board approve a Special Event Permit Application for Kegel Harley-Davidson, 7125 Harrison Ave., Rockford IL for June 12-13, 2021 for a BIKE NIGHT for Mission 22, and waive the fees for this non-profit event.
3. Motion that the Village Board approve a Special Event Permit Application for Kegel Harley-Davidson, 7125 Harrison Ave., Rockford IL for June 17, 2021 for a BIKE NIGHT for Rock River H.O.G, and waive the fees for this non-profit event.

1. Motion that the Village Board consider this the second and final reading of proposed Ordinance 2021-12; An Ordinance Authorizing the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to Dispose of Personal Property.
2. Motion that the Village Board pass and approve Ordinance 2021-12; An Ordinance Authorizing the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to Dispose of Personal Property.
3. Motion that the Village Board waive the rules and consider this the second and final reading of “An Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit with conditions under Section 82-54 to Section 82-234 CC – Commercial Community District of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow indoor and outdoor storage on the Southern portion of the property per the attached Site Plan for the property commonly known as 7243 Cherryvale North Blvd., Rockford, Illinois (Pack Stack & Store, Inc.)”.
4. 5. 6. Motion that the Village Board pass and approve Ordinance 2021-14; “An Ordinance granting a Variance under Section 82-55 to Section 82-234(c)(4) CC – Commercial Community District of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow for a rear yard setback of 24’ from 25’ for the property commonly known as 7243 Cherryvale North Blvd., Rockford, Illinois (Pack, Stack & Store, Inc.)”.
7. Motion that the Village Board waive the rules and consider this the second and final reading of “An Ordinance granting a Variance under Section 82-55 to Section 82- 234(c)(2) of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow a fence on the Easterly lot line for a zero side yard setback for the property commonly known as 7243 Cherryvale North Blvd., Rockford, Illinois (Pack, Stack & Store, Inc.)”.

FINANCE REPORT BY TRUSTEE: BRANDI PEARSE
PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT BY TRUSTEE: JEFF FUSTIN.
1. Motion that the Village Board approve holding an entry level hiring test on June 26 and June 27, 2021.
2. Motion that the Village Board approve the attendance of Carrie Parent at the Illinois Law Enforcement Administrative Professionals Conference on September 17, 2021 at a cost of $159.00 from line item 5195P.
3. Motion that the Village Board approve the purchase of a weapon storage drawer for Squad 6 (Chief’s Taurus) from Estes AWS at a cost of $1,082.15 from line item 5375P.
4. Village Board approval of travel expenses for Sergeant Pearse and Chief Bethge to attend the IACP conference: Airfare $762.20 for both tickets, Hotel $2,104.16 for both and up to $50 per day for each for meals. Total cost not to exceed $3,466.66 from line item 5200P Travel.
PUBLIC WORKS REPORT BY TRUSTEE: MIKE NEVILLE.
1. Motion that the Village Board approve Public Works Employee Steve Haas attendance at the IPSI (Illinois Public Service Institute) from October 3-8, 2021 in Effingham, Illinois at a cost of $100.00 for registration from line item 5195 Public Works, $115.00 per night + tax for hotel from line item 5200 Public Works and $50.00 per day for meals from line item 5200 Public Works for a cost not to exceed $1,000.00.
2. Motion that the Village Board approve a Joint Resurfacing Project at the intersection of Shaw and Newburg Roads with the City of Belvidere, Illinois at a cost of $11,719.00 using Motor Fuel Tax Funds from line item 5390.
