Ordinance Report By Trustee Nancy Belt.

1. Motion that the Village Board consider this the second and final reading of “An Ordinance granting a Variance under Section 82-55 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to Section 82-10(c)(3) to allow the construction of a 10’ by 10’ accessory building for the property commonly known as 134 Hogan Street, Cherry Valley, IL.” (PIN-16-01-257-008).

2. Motion that the Village Board approve Ordinance 2021-20; “An Ordinance granting a Variance under Section 82-55 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to Section 82-10(c)(3) to allow the construction of a 10’ by 10’ accessory building for the property commonly known as 134 Hogan Street, Cherry Valley, IL.” (PIN-16-01-257-008).

3. Motion that the Village Board waive the rules and consider this the second and final reading of “An Ordinance of the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois Authorizing the Disposal of Certain Personal Property Owned by the Village of Cherry Valley”.

4. Motion that the Village Board Pass and Approve Ordinance 2021-21; “An Ordinance of the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois Authorizing the Disposal of Certain Personal Property Owned by the Village of Cherry Valley”.

Finance Report By Trustee: Brandi Pearse.

Public Safety Report By Trustee: Jeff Fustin.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve sending Carrie Parent to Evidence Property Management Training on December 2 and 3, 2021 at the Homeland Security Training Institute at the College of DuPage at a cost of $225.00 (training) from line account 5195P and $100.00 (meal allowance) from line item 5200P.

2. Motion that the Village Board approve sending Patrol Officer Adam Jones to Red Dot Instructor Training at the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department from October 18 to October 20, 2021 at a cost of $625.00 from line item 5195P.

Public Works Report By Trustee: Mike Neville.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve the lowest responsive proposal for the village’s Sealcoat Project for the Bell School Road and Tebala Blvd. Bike Paths from PREMIER Payment Solutions, Rockton, Illinois at a cost of $25,515.00 from line item 5135 Motor Fuel Tax Funds.

2. Motion that the Village Board approve IKON Electric, Loves Park, Illinois to conduct the electrical installation for running electrical power and control wires to the new chlorine pumps for Wells #1, #2 and #3 at a cost of $3,997.04 from line item 5130 Water.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve the change in job classifications for Mr. Larry Gray and Mr. Margarito Renteria from Seasonal Part Time Public Works Employees to Part Time Public Works Employees.
