On Sept. 30, LP Group Inv LLC sold their home at 8642 S. Wood St., Chicago to Eddie Curiel and Petronilla Sandoval for $140,000.

So far in September 2021, 50 properties sold in Gresham.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 8642 S. Wood St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Matthews, Sheena Williams, 61, John L. Matthews, 26, Elizabeth Williams, 77, and Robert L. Lockett, 95.
