On Sept. 30, Zofia Heldak sold their home at 6326 S. Komensky Ave., Chicago to Mario A. Camilo Polanco for $350,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $4,218.51, which is 1.21% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 17 properties sold in West Lawn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Zofia Heldak has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6326 S. Komensky Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Zofia Heldak, 63, Krzysztof M. Heldak, 34, and Kazimierz Tatar, 39.
