Dear Neighbor,

Happy Spring! As the weather begins to warm up, I wanted to provide updates on city services that change with the seasons.

  • Streets and Sanitation will begin street cleaning next month. Visit sweeparound.us to see your block's schedule and sign up for notification reminders to move your car.
  • I'm kicking off a pothole-filling drive in the 39th Ward. Fill out this form and my office will issue and track the request with the Chicago Department of Transportation.
  • For information on infrastructure improvement projects happening on your block, visit ChiStreetWork. You can see the project type, scope, work dates, and permits that have been pulled.
As always, my office is here to help. We are located at 4200 W. Lawrence Ave. and are open to the public Mondays from 9 am to 7 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Please contact us at 773.736.5594 or ward39@cityofchicago.org if you need any city services or have any questions.

Very Truly Yours,

Alderman Samantha Nugent
