1. Review of Direct Energy Contract Extension for four months. Jim Winslade made a motion to approve the four month extension, 2nd by Aaron Mead. Roll Call: 6 Yeas; 0 Nays. Motion Carried
Adjournment: Dala Lawrence made a motion to adjourn at 5:04 p.m., 2nd by Jim Winslade. Motion Carried.
