On March 28, George Halkias (trustee) and George Halkias (trust) purchased a home at 5101 W. Catalpa Ave., Chicago from Misty Investments LLC for $600,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,293.37, 1.38% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 16, 1993. It last sold for $290,000.

This property is the only sale in Forest Glen so far in March 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Rachel M. Steibing, 30, was the only registered voter residing at 5101 W. Catalpa Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
