Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Area One Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on October 18, 2022, at 11:48 a.m., in the 8100 block of S. Carpenter. He was identified as one of the offenders who, approximately 30 minutes earlier, implied a weapon and pulled a 72-year-old male victim from his vehicle in the 3000
block of W. 84th Place (8th District). The offender fled in the victim’s stolen vehicle, which crashed in the 8100 block of S. Carpenter. The offender was then placed into custody and charged accordingly.
