Narrative: The above offender was arrested on October 18, 2022, in the 9300 block of S. Luella Ave. He was identified as the offender who on July 25, 2022, at approximately 1:20 p.m. fatally shot a 31-year-old male victim, in the 3800 block of W. Thomas Street (11th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
