A Roll Call was made and the following Commissioners were found to be in attendance:

The Secretary stated for the record that Commissioner Walker joined the meeting during Public Comments.

A motion was made by Commissioner Munoz, seconded by Commissioner Telli, that the meeting enter into Closed Session. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Hamilton, Valle, Munoz, Telli and Walker
Absent: 2 - Edwards and Hemphill Netzky
3. OPEN SESSION:
A motion was made by Commissioner Walker, seconded by Commissioner Netzky, that the meeting return to Open Session. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Hamilton, Valle, Hemphill Netzky, Munoz, Telli and Walker
Absent: 1 - Edwards
The Secretary stated for the record that Commissioner Hemphill Netzky joined the meeting during Closed Session.
