Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on January 24, 2023, at approximately 6:20 p.m. in the 700 block of W. Lawrence Ave. He was positively identified as the offender who, moments earlier, lit an incendiary object to cause a fire inside of a building in the 1000 block of W. Lawrence Ave. (19th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
