Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on January 25, 2023, in the 6000 block of S. Major Ave. He was identified as the offender who shot and seriously injured a 39-year-old male on October 13, 2022, in the 3800 block of W. Roosevelt (11th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
