Narrative: The above offender was arrested on January 25, 2023, at 10:13 a.m., in the 7200 block of S. Champlain Ave. He was identified as the offender who, approximately one hour earlier, took a vehicle by force from a 41-year-old female in the 600 block of E. 72nd St. (3rd District). Responding officers quickly located the offender, who was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
