Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Area Two Homicide and Investigation Team on January 24, 2023, in the 14600 block of S. Halsted in Harvey, Illinois. He was identified as the offender who, on January 22, 2023, robbed a 17-year-old male in the 11900 block of S. State St. (5th District). The offender then opened fire into the victim’s vehicle, fatally striking another 17-yearold male and seriously injuring an 18-year-old male. Three others in the vehicle were not injured. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
