On Thursday, January 4, former William Howard Taft High School standout, Krystyna Ellew’s current college team, the UIC Flames, won 66-59 in their NCAA D1 game against the Southern Illinois Salukis.

The game took place in Carbondale, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Southern Illinois Salukis this season.
