On Tuesday, January 9, former North Lawndale Charter High School standout, Kenihja Newson’s current college team, the Malcolm X Hawks, won 71-49 in their NJCAA game against the Olive-Harvey Panthers.

The game took place in Chicago, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Olive-Harvey Panthers this season.

The Malcolm X Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, January 11 at 5 p.m. in Joliet, Illinois.
