2. Motion to approve the establishment of a consent agenda consisting of Ordinances 2024-3-11 through and including 2024-3-11A listed below on the agenda as items 2A through 2B, inclusive, under Finance.

A. Ordinance No. 2024-3-11, an Ordinance abating the 2023 tax levy for the $37,450,000.00 Taxable General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2010A of the Village of Rosemont.

B. Ordinance No. 2024-3-11A, an Ordinance abating the 2023 tax levy for the $59,390,000.00 General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, taxable series 2012A of the Village of Rosemont.

3. Motion to approve Ordinances 2024-03-11 through and including 2024-3-11A on the consent agenda, which includes the 2 Ordinances listed above as items 2A through 2B, inclusive, under Finance.

4. Motion to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of River Forest and the Village of Rosemont for River Forest’s payment of the local share in the amount of $69,900.00 for Phase 1 Engineering for the Des Plaines River Trail from North Avenue south to the Illinois Prairie Path.

5. Motion to approve (1) an Illinois Department of Transportation Joint Funding Agreement for  Phase 1 engineering services; (2) Illinois Department of Transportation Local Public Agency Agreement (Supplement 4); and (3) and Illinois Department of Transportation Local Public Agency Amendment #2 for additional engineering services for the Des Plaines River Trail project to add an additional segment from North Avenue south to the Illinois Prairie Path.

6. Motion to approve and ratify a collective bargaining agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the Motion Picture Projectionists, Audio Visual Engineers & Computer Technicians, Local I.A.T.S.E of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO, CLC, for the period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026.

7. Motion to approve and ratify the Master Tradeshow Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Teamsters Local Union 727 for the period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028.

8. Motion to authorize Village President Stephens to execute an intergovernmental agreement with the Des Plaines Public Library to apply the Village’s library card reimbursement program to all Village residents that desire to use the Des Plaines Library.   

9. Motion to approve a proposal from J4 Tech Solutions to replace core network infrastructure throughout Impact Field in the amount of $91,301.99. 

PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE

1. Motion to approve a 24 Month proposal from Flock Group Inc. for the Flock Safety Platform, Elite Package at a year 1 cost of $54,200.00 and a year 2 cost of $54,200.00.

STREET COMMITTEE 

MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

1. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-3-11B, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Lease providing for the leasing of the Village owned former Park Tavern property in the Village’s Entertainment District within TIF No. 4 for development and renovation as a Fat Rosie’s Mexican bar and restaurant.

HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE

BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE

1. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-3-11C, an Ordinance granting a special use for a restaurant and variances from the Village of Rosemont sign ordinance to allow the construction and operation of exterior building and signage. (CS Mas Mex Propco LLC, d/b/a Fat Rosie’s, 5433 Park Place)

2. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-3-11D, an Ordinance approving a variance from the Village of Rosemont sign ordinance to allow the construction and operation of exterior building and monument signage. (Sheraton Hotel, 6501 Mannheim Road)
