On Sunday, February 25, former Mcdonald High School standout Megan Ward’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division I game against the Hawaii Rainbow Wāhine.

The game took place in Cathedral City, California. This was their first matchup against the Hawaii Rainbow Wāhine this season.
