B. Clerk position changed to appointed/hired. This would need to be on the November ballot.
C. Discuss/Possible Action: Spend up to $700 to purchase a laptop to upgrade from Windows 7. The current laptop is not compatible with new security.
D. Discuss/Possible Action: Give permission for the Mayor to replace the Kitchen and Water Department exterior doors once all bids are received. Not to exceed the current quote.
E. Discuss/Possible Action: Ordinance 2024-02 Unauthorized camping on public property.
