A request for a Special Use Permit under Section 82-181(c)(14) Special Uses of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow Solar Farms on part of the following property: PIN: 05-31-400-019. The exact location can be viewed on a Site Plan on file at the Village of Cherry Valley, 806 E. State Street, Cherry Valley, Illinois.

2. A request for a Variance under Section 82-55 to Section 82-7(e)(5)(b) of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow a seven foot (7’) high fence on the perimeter of the property commonly known as Part of PINs: 05-31-400-019, 05-31-300-027, and 07-06-103-003.
